VIP Day is annual event sponsored by the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at UALR. VIP Day provides information about UALR for scholarship-eligible high school students and their parents. It is an all-day event that includes special mini-classes for students and sessions regarding life at UALR for parents.

My main goal for this project was to create a marketing campaign that alerted students of the date and time for this event. All print material was designed using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Each card included a QR code (abbreviated from Quick Response Code) that can be scanned using a smartphone. Once scanned, the college website opened in the mobile browser. By using QR code tracking software, I was able to provide the college with an analytical report that provided the number of scans by date, location, device manufacturer and model. Location was graphically represented by state and city.
